They bridge analytics strategy and execution by translating leadership priorities into a coordinated portfolio of work, maintaining visibility into capacity and progress, and removing barriers that slow delivery. As a hands-on leader, they stay closely connected to the work to understand its value and risks, manage program management and data literacy functions, and partner with analytics leadership-balancing structured processes with the flexibility needed in a dynamic analytical environment.
