Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing commercial data center construction or infrastructure projects. * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. * BICSI Certification. * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. * Experience using project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project. * Experience managing commercial construction or technology integration projects. ## Description Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial structured cabling, electronic access control, low-voltage, and data center projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field personnel, subcontractors, materials, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple commercial technology infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of structured cabling, electronic access control, and low-voltage systems.
