## About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Associate to support manufacturing engineering and production activities for a leading aerospace organization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment., * 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, quality engineering, or a related field.

 * Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and root cause analysis.
 * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
 * Experience conducting manufacturing or quality audits is a plus.
 * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is .
 * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
 * Experience with aerospace manufacturing or NADCAP special processes is a plus.

## Description

* Support manufacturing engineers with daily engineering and production activities.
 * Perform Verification of Build (VOB) activities to ensure products are built according to engineering requirements.
 * Review and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
 * Support PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and manufacturing process improvements.
 * Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis.
 * Assist with quality documentation, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
 * Support multiple aerospace product lines, including heat exchangers, coolers, fans, actuators, and vapor cycle machines.
