Preferred Qualifications * Experience with public-sector procurement, ERP, financial, or workflow-heavy platforms. * Background in modernizing legacy systems to cloud/modular platforms. * Knowledge of data governance, analytics, and migration practices. * Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, accessibility, privacy, and public-sector governance. * Experience with phased rollouts, automated testing, and operational readiness. * Ability to design systems serving multiple user communities. * Constructive approach to challenging conventional methods. ## Description The Technical Solution Architect will provide technical leadership for a large-scale eProcurement transformation initiative.
