What Makes You Stand Out * Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, reporting, data engineering, or data governance teams. * Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology organizations. * Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, data quality processes, or data controls. * Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or banking. * Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP. * Experience using Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, or similar tools to improve delivery reporting and team operations. * Experience mentoring team members or supporting Agile maturity improvements. * Strong storytelling skills to communicate team progress, delivery trends, and business impact through data. ## Description As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader, facilitator, and delivery partner for Agile teams responsible for data products and data-enabled capabilities. You will help teams improve delivery predictability, manage complex dependencies, and create clear visibility into priorities, risks, blockers, and outcomes. This role does not require prior actuarial domain experience. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery discipline, comfort working in complex data or technology environments, and the ability to help cross-functional teams stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving.
