## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 8+ years of proven cybersecurity experience as a Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or similar information security role.
 * Demonstrated experience assessing and improving the security posture of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications.
 * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
 * Proven ability to analyze complex problems, recommend effective solutions, and execute with minimal direction.
 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

 * One or more industry-recognized security certifications, including:
 * CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
 * CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
 * OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
 * GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification)
 * GPEN (GIAC Certified Penetration Tester)
 * Security+
 * SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
 * ECSA (EC-Council Certified Security Analyst)
 * Experience supporting cybersecurity operations within large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
 * Hands-on experience with security assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting, or security architecture reviews.
 * Experience mentoring team members and contributing to enterprise-wide security strategy and best practices.
 * Healthcare industry experience preferred.
