Additional Requirements and Information * Knowledge of programming C#. * Experience with MSSQL databases. ABILITY TO: * Prepare detailed written instructions and documentation. * Effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clean and concise documentation. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and matrix support teams. * Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions. * Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience. * Effectively create highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment. ## Description This position will be responsible for performing a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG). Our highly critical application known as Time, Training, and Audit Project System (TAPS) is a system essential to the delivery of services from the OAG and requires high availability, scalability, and compliance with state and federal standards.
