These capabilities include customer accounts, identity and consent management, customer data platforms, offer management, promotional services, customer profile services, and integrations supporting personalization and marketing initiatives You will serve as the technical domain expert for your team, partnering closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. You will translate architecture into executable plans, lead engineering execution, drive code quality and operational excellence, and ensure the team consistently delivers customer value.
