 * Identify synergies and optimize program tracks to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
 * Establish and improve scalable workflows, risk mitigation plans, and operational excellence frameworks.
 * Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
 * Manage team of TPMs and mentor best practices in program and technical management.
