## About the Role

* Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
 * Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
 * Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshooting
 * Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
 * Knowledge of AV support for meetings and setting up Mac systems
 * Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
 * Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
 * Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
 * Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time
 * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
 * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
