## About the Role

* Follow established IT operational standards and service practices to promote infrastructure reliability, security, and consistent support quality. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a closely related IT operations role.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

 * Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise networking and infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless environments, and VPN connectivity.

 * Hands-on background with Windows Server, Windows 10, Active Directory, and related Microsoft administration tools.

 * Experience working with virtualization and cloud technologies such as VMware and Azure.

 * Familiarity with manufacturing or production-based IT environments and the operational demands they require.

 * Knowledge of platforms and technologies such as Dell Technologies and Citrix Technologies.

 * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and user support skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®

## Description

* Manage core infrastructure components such as routing, switching, firewall platforms, wireless connectivity, remote access solutions, and vendor-supported network services to ensure stable and secure operations.

 * Provide ongoing support for printing and labeling technologies used in high-demand manufacturing settings, resolving issues quickly to minimize operational disruption.

 * Deploy, configure, update, and maintain both physical and virtual server environments across Microsoft Windows and Linux systems.

 * Oversee data storage platforms, backup routines, and recovery preparedness to strengthen system resilience and business continuity.

 * Apply security controls, address identified vulnerabilities, maintain digital certificate processes, and assist with adherence to internal and external compliance expectations.

 * Create and improve administrative automation using scripting tools such as PowerShell, shell scripting, or Perl to streamline support and maintenance tasks.

 * Track infrastructure health, investigate performance issues, and implement improvements that increase availability and efficiency.

 * Work closely with internal departments and third-party vendors while keeping technical records and system documentation accurate and current.
