## Description

We are seeking a **Data Center Technician** to join our Data Center Mentorship Program-an opportunity designed to meet you where you are and help you grow into one of the most in-demand roles in technology. Through structured learning, direct mentorship from senior technicians, and exposure to global-scale cloud operations, you'll gain the hands-on experience and support needed to build a long-term career in data center operations., As a Data Center Technician (DCT), you'll support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment that powers global cloud operations. This role is perfect for individuals who love problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on technology.

What You'll Do

 + **Install & Repair Servers and Network Gear:** Prepare, install, troubleshoot, replace, and decommission hardware with guidance from experienced technicians.

 + **Resolve Issues & Escalations:** Track issues, ask questions, and escalate appropriately to keep operations running smoothly.

 + **Prioritize Safety:** Participate in required safety trainings, briefings, and follow all procedures related to lifting, electrical work, and working at heights.

 + **Own Your Tasks:** Complete assigned work tickets efficiently and accurately while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

 + **Protect Critical Infrastructure:** Follow strict security, confidentiality, and data management protocols.

 + **Contribute to a Strong Team Culture:** Collaborate, communicate, and stay engaged with your training cohort and onsite mentors.

 + **Embrace Physical Activity:** Lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced, secure environment.
