This position requires technical expertise in solutions, a commitment to user support and training, proficiency in data management and reporting, a focus on quality assurance and compliance, and strong collaboration and communication skills., * Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions, technical expertise, user support, training materials, data management, reporting processes, SharePoint site administration, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements. * Develops and updates documentation, manuals, guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders in utilizing program solutions effectively. * Provides technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoots issues, and delivers training sessions as needed. * Manages and maintains data repositories, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. * Conducts quality assurance checks on program solutions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements. * Fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the Program Solutions Administration team and across relevant stakeholders. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned., This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
