## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Front Desk Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and referral sources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a patient-centered approach when assisting individuals, particularly elderly patients., * Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

 * Answer and manage incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
 * Verify caller information and transfer calls to appropriate territories as needed.
 * Schedule appointments and register patients accurately and efficiently.
 * Maintain complete and accurate patient records and documentation.
 * Verify insurance coverage and navigate insurance portals as needed.
 * Process patient orders and maintain up-to-date order status information.
 * Conduct outbound calls to patients, customers, referral sources, and other offices regarding order updates and follow-up needs.
 * Learn and utilize the company's W+F software system.
 * Communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, corporate teams, and branch offices.
