## Description

The SAP Process Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP processes related to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping. This role requires a high sense of urgency and attention to detail along with a collaborative spirit to work with other functions on the rapid and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

 * Learn and become proficient in SAP processes pertinent to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfillment, invoicing and shipping.
 * Input new customer information into SAP.
 * Enter all customer orders accurately into SAP in a timely manner.
 * Manage and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
 * Distribute essential documents and information to internal and external customers to ensure orders are processed in a timely fashion.
 * Generate and prepare delivery documentation, including picking lists, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOL).
 * Verify that picked orders have been shipped to facilitate timely billing processes.
 * Ensure accurate invoicing and confirm the presence of corresponding accounting documents in SAP.
 * Implement additional controls as needed to ensure the smooth operation of SAP flows.
