## Description

Transform customer support into a seamless experience! As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for real-time support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will help ensure a smooth user experience and participate in software testing and validation.

What you will be doing:

 * Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve issues.
 * Proactively follow up with customers to resolve open items.
 * Stay up to date on new features and communicate updates to customers.
 * Test and troubleshoot new features to ensure release readiness.
 * Research client usage and follow up to ensure optimal software utilization.
 * Learn and follow all procedures related to technical support.
