The AI Engineer partners with Engineering and business teams to design, build, and maintain the internal AI tools, integrations, and workflows that enable teams across Vector Solutions to work more effectively. This role is ideal for a software engineer with a passion for AI who enjoys learning quickly, experimenting with emerging technologies, and building practical solutions that improve how work gets done. In addition to developing AI-powered capabilities, the AI Engineer actively shares knowledge by documenting best practices, coaching teammates, and helping others adopt new tools and techniques. Success in this role requires curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and a desire to translate new AI advancements into practical solutions that create value across the organization. This role is designed for someone who is eager to grow rapidly by expanding their technical expertise, taking on increasing ownership, and evolving into a trusted technical leader as both the technology and the organization continue to mature.
