Information Technology Operations, Are you a recent college graduate or an early-career IT professional looking to launch your career in technology? We are seeking a motivated NOC Communications Specialist to join a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment supporting enterprise-level technology services.

Schedule:

 * Wednesday - Sunday
 * 12:00 AM - 7:30 AM
 * 100% On-Site in Harrisburg, PA

What You'll Do:

 * Monitor network alerts and system status.
 * Answer inbound calls and support users experiencing technical issues.
 * Create and manage incident tickets using ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot and document issues, escalating as needed.
 * Communicate network outages and service updates.
 * Work closely with engineers, vendors, and IT teams to restore service., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
