This role requires a seasoned healthcare professional who can influence provider behavior, communicate complex initiatives, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to both internal teams and external providers. Responsibilities and Impact will include: * Develop, implement, and maintain an adequate, competitive provider network across the assigned geographic area * Build and maintain strategic relationships with key hospital systems, integrated delivery systems (IDS), and physician groups * Analyze provider-level data across quality, cost, and utilization metrics to identify opportunities for improvement * Present complex healthcare data and recommendations to diverse internal and external audiences * Support the broader Network Team on company-wide initiatives and goals * Collaborate with Clinical, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to align network strategy with organizational objectives, We have been made aware of instances of fraudulent job postings and/or fraudulent recruiting activity by individuals purporting to represent Devoted Health.
