Desirable skills (not required but a plus): * Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS or Jama. * Experience with CAD software for schematics and layouts. * Experience with Model-Based-Systems-Engineering (MBSE) tools. * Any relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP)). * Prior internship or project experience related to RF or wireless communication systems. * Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++) for automation or data analysis. Physical requirements: * Ability to work primarily in an office setting but may require occasional field visits which could involve working outdoors or in various environments. * Must be able to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. ## Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Secure Communications Systems Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of military radio communication systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to challenging projects, building a strong foundation for a career in this dynamic field.
