Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to join the NAM Power Systems Execution Team. This role leads a team of Technical Leaders and drives consistent, high-quality technical execution across complex Power Systems projects, programs, and portfolios. The Technical Team Leader provides oversight of technical scope, risk management, design quality, change control, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will partner closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Sales, Solution Architects, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. What will you do?Leadership & Team Development * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Leaders. * Establish standards for technical execution, customer engagement, and issue resolution. * Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
