## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field. *OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
 * 1 year of experience in computer systems administration or information technology support experience, including hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware deployment, software installation, configuration and management.
 * Alternative combinations of related experience or education may be considered.

This agency may use a training assignment. Employees in training assignments may be paid below the base pay established by the agency pay rules. Conditions of the training assignment will be stated in writing at the time of hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 * Ability to troubleshoot complex problems while providing customer service to employees.
 * Knowledge of computer operating systems (such as Microsoft Windows) and principles of computer networking.
 * Ability to assist employees with personal computers, printers, scanners and other computer peripherals.
