(Degree, Diploma or Certificate). * Experience working within a secure environment (e.g., government, corrections, human services, law enforcement, compliance, or intelligence). * Experience managing investigative and operational information systems. The Investigative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing analytical, operational, and project support to the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). They will manage and track Calls for Service (CFS), maintain investigative and operational databases, monitor workflow processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for decision-making. They will serve as a central resource for information management, project coordination, reporting, and operational analysis.
