Preferred qualifications * Experience with Proxmox, Jenkins, Slurm, Ceph and Elasticsearch. * Experience with on-prem hosted infrastructure and bare-metal servers * Familiarity with Nix/NixOS environments. * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Self-motivated individual with a track record of taking initiative to drive technical progress. ## Description * The Engineering Infrastructure team serves as the backbone for the Collaboration Devices CI/CD platform, enabling high-velocity development for diverse technologies ranging from device drivers to AI/ML models. We function as a collaborative group of 12 based in Oslo, now expanding our footprint to RTP to better support US-based development workflows. We provide a robust, optimized platform that meets the unique needs of our developers. We pride ourselves on an agile, user-focused culture where we tackle complex technical challenges Your impact * Design, develop, and maintain the software stack of our infrastructure to ensure seamless CI/CD operations for Collaboration Devices. Collaborate with product development teams in RTP to deliver a platform for their specific technical requirements and unique deployment needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability. Act as a key technical liaison in the US, bridging the gap between global infrastructure efforts and local product development priorities.
