## Description

The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of capital projects across KDP's DSD network, with a focus on new building startups, expansions, and facilities related initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving project execution excellence and delivering high-impact projects aligned to business objectives. This is a highly visible position requiring regular interaction with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, capital/construction experience, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder communication., * Lead high-impact capital projects, including new facility startups, building expansions, and other facilities related initiatives

 * Partner with senior leadership (including SVP-level stakeholders) to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, risks, and key decisions while delivering on time and on budget
 * Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across DSD and the broader KDP network
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
 * Monitor project performance, analyze schedule (including critical path), and adjust scope, schedule, or resources to meet objectives
 * Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, milestones, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadership
 * Lead project meetings (status updates, milestone reviews, issue resolution), including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups
 * Strong focus on new building startups and expansions; additional DSD initiatives may be assigned as needed
 * Travel 50% (minimum) across the U.S. and North America to support onsite project execution
