 * Enge Abstimmung mit Delivery Management, Product Ownern und Fachbereichen
 * Koordination von Abhängigkeiten über mehrere Teilteams hinweg
 * Unterstützung der quartalsweisen Planungszyklen und weiterer Planungsaktivitäten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen (Scope, Zeitplan, Meilensteine)
 * Nachverfolgung von Fortschritt, Risiken und Abweichungen
 * Sicherstellung der End-to-End-Transparenz relevanter Themen und Initiativen
 * Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte für Management und Stakeholder:innen
 * Managementgerechte Aufbereitung komplexer Projektinformationen
 * Moderation und Unterstützung von Abstimmungsmeetings
 * Frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken und Engpässen
