## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
 * Experienced Project Manager/Commercial Security Systems
 * Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience
 * Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.
 * Travel - 5-15% of the time
 * Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record

## Description

* Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
 * Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
 * Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer's satisfaction.
 * Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
 * Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
 * Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
 * Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
 * Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
 * Responsible for financial success of projects.
 * Other duties may be assigned.
