* Microsoft certifications (MCSE, Azure Hybrid Administrator or equivalent)
 * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or SysOps Administrator)
 * 5+ years experience in Windows engineering
 * 3+ years hands-on AWS experience
 * 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
 * PowerShell scripting and automation, * Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop a team
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 * Outstanding communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
 * Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
 * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value

Clearance Requirement:

 * Top-Secret security clearance with SCI Poly, * Bachelor's degree in related field or + 4 years of related experience.

## Description

Windows Infrastructure:

 * Deploy, configure and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
 * Administer Microsoft 365 and related services
 * Perform patching, updates and vulnerability remediation
 * Troubleshoot complex Windows system issues

AWS Cloud and VM services:

 * Build and manage Windows workloads on AWS (EC2, RDS, FSx)
 * Configure and maintain AWS Directory Service
 * Implement cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform
 * Manage IAM roles, policies and security groups
 * Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
 * Understanding of security vulnerabilities/compliance
 * Develop automation using PowerShell and AWS CLI
 * Familiar with VMware or virtualization platforms
