Preferred Experience * Experience leading annual giving, donor engagement, or philanthropic fundraising programs. * Experience managing fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship initiatives, and strategic fundraising plans. * Experience cultivating and soliciting individual donors, particularly gifts ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 . * Experience with planned giving, grateful patient fundraising, or healthcare philanthropy is preferred. * Grant writing experience is preferred. * Experience using donor relationship management systems such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising CRM platforms preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, or a related field. * EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification * EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience As a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
