This role partners closely with business users, operations, IT, and vendors to identify technology gaps, translate business needs into product enhancements, support product design and delivery, maintain product roadmaps, and improve adoption of systems such as MercuryGate, TMW Suite, McLeod, Mastery, and related transportation technologies. The position focuses on closing gaps between business process and technology capability through requirements gathering, prioritization, solution design, user readiness, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement Responsibilites * Serve as the business product owner and functional administrator for assigned transportation technology platforms, including MercuryGate, TMW Suite, McLeod, Mastery, and related systems. * Partner with business users and operational leaders to identify system gaps, process pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for technology-enabled improvement. * Develop and maintain product roadmaps, enhancement backlogs, prioritization models, and product delivery plans aligned with business needs. * Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, training materials, and business readiness plans. * Assist in product design by facilitating discovery sessions, documenting current-state and future-state workflows, and recommending practical system or process solutions. * Coordinate delivery of product enhancements from concept through deployment, including requirements validation, UAT coordination, stakeholder communication, and post-deployment follow-up. * Lead user acceptance testing for assigned product enhancements, configuration changes, integrations, and vendor releases. * Support change management, user adoption, training, job aids, and communication plans for system changes and new functionality. * Serve as the key functional contact for business users and coordinate with Transportation Technology Administrators for technical design, integrations, data needs, and production support. * Manage vendor relationships for assigned transportation products, including support escalations, roadmap discussions, software releases, licensing questions, and QBR participation. * Monitor product performance, usage patterns, support trends, user feedback, and business outcomes to recommend improvements. * Support compliance, audit, security, and change management expectations for system changes and product delivery activities.
