Promote relationships across teams, through shared roadmaps and a unified vision for customer-focused outcomes; guide and mentor designers by creating design objectives, goals and delivery timelines. Design frameworks, systems, and components that aim to deliver consistent UX across a range of user touchpoints. Apply your UI and UX skills to an established product. Drive continuity between UX prototypes and end-user experience; monitor and review development execution and design approvals. Support user observation, research, and analysis to understand the challenges of our customers.
