Role : Digital Product Owner with Utility Client experience preferred, The ideal candidate has experience owning customer-facing digital products such as websites, mobile applications, self-service portals, or digital account management platforms. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and has a passion for improving the customer experience through intuitive, user-centric digital products., * Bachelor''s degree required. * 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile software development environment. * Experience delivering customer-facing web and/or mobile digital products.'Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery. * Experience writing Epics, Features, and User Stories. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. * Experience leading Agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience supporting customer self-service websites, online portals, or mobile applications. * Experience with digital transformation or website redesign initiatives. * Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and digital engagement strategies. * Experience partnering closely with UX teams to develop intuitive digital experiences. * Proven ability to prioritize features and manage competing business priorities. * Experience supporting digital adoption initiatives that improve the online customer experience. ## Description Our client is seeking a customer-focused Digital Product Owner to lead the delivery of web and mobile digital experiences that enhance the overall customer journey.
