 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment., You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

## Description

The Data Analyst supports warehouse operations by transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, labor utilization, and customer service. This role partners closely with operations leadership to identify trends, develop reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced distribution environment., * Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.

 * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.
 * Monitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance
 * Partner with operations managers to support labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
 * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
 * Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management.
 * Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.
 * Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement.
 * Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
