## About the Role

* 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Future methods)
 + Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 + SOQL/SOSL queries
 * Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
 * Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
 * Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
 * Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD tools
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
 * Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools
 * Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
 * Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
 * Experience in Agile development methodologies, * Fully remote role with strong communication and collaboration expectations
 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a distributed team environment, * Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
 * Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
 * Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
 * Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
 * Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
 * Develop and integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
 * Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across the Salesforce platform
 * Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system enhancements
 * Work in an Agile/Scrum environment
