## About the Role

Do you have experience in Zoom?, * Must read, write, and understand English proficiently

 * Must be available to work Monday-Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours
 * Must be willing to work 8:00AM-5:00PM PST or later as needed
 * Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop
 * Must have webcam/video capability for virtual meetings
 * Must have reliable high-speed internet service
 * Must have reliable phone service
 * Must be dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment
 * MUST SEND SALARY REQUIREMENTS (IN USD) PER MONTH OR APP WILL BE DISQUALIFIED., * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (all) -Outlook/PP/Excel, Canva, Zoom, Teams, Slack, and similar tools
 * Experience with HR systems or onboarding support preferred
 * Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT

## Description

* Contract remote role - open to international applicants
 * Support HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions
 * Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents
 * Collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms
 * Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes
 * Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases
 * Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management
 * Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion
