 * Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives.
 * Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
 * Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.
 * Finance Transformation programs.
 * ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.
 * Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.
 * Organizational Change Management initiatives.
 * Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
 * PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions.
 * Highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of the Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Finance Transformation program.
 * Strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.

## Description

* Responsible for driving execution discipline, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing dependencies, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
 * Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders while ensuring delivery against critical transformation milestones.

 * Lead recurring project status meetings and document outcomes.

 * Provide concise executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs.

 * Develop and distribute project communications to stakeholders.

 * Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication and reporting practices.
