* 5+ years of software development experience
 * Strong hands-on experience with Python
 * Front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar databases
 * Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud applications
 * Experience leading projects or technical initiatives
 * Experience leading less experienced software developers would be ideal
 * Strong system design and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

 * Message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
 * Time-series databases or large-scale data environments
 * Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI/CD practices
 * SaaS, IoT, or regulated industry experience
 * FedRAMP exposure
 * Golang experience
 * Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools

Ideal Candidate: The hiring manager is looking for someone who:

 * Has led software projects from design through implementation
 * Possesses strong full-stack expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL databases
 * Performs well in system design discussions
 * Enjoys mentoring teammates and solving complex technical challenges

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and services
 * Build REST APIs, backend systems, and modern web applications
 * Develop solutions using Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and SQL databases
 * Work with cloud technologies in Azure and support CI/CD pipelines
 * Implement event-driven architectures utilizing message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, or similar technologies
 * Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and participate in architecture and system design decisions
 * Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
