Our team bridges product, tech, and risk partners to ensure Transaction Processing products and platforms remain well-documented, efficient, and fully supported. You will serve as the primary subject matter experts and single point of contact for risk initiatives. You will blend analysis with process optimization to establish streamlined risk workflows and execute proactive data collection-ensuring on-time execution and continuous audit readiness. General Responsibilities * Cross-Functional Partnership * Bridge the gap between technical, product, and risk teams, collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders to align on priorities and drive collective decision-making. * Act as a single point of contact to partnering with Product and Risk, ensuring successful execution of assessments, testing, audits, and regulatory requests. * Provide peer leadership and influence, serving as a mentor to junior team members and advocating for well-managed practices across broader initiatives. * Compliance & Risk Management * Provide oversight for essential controls and audits through proactive identification and monitoring of risks.
