Technical Leadership Non-Negotiable (per client expectation) This role is filled by the highest-expertise engineer on the team, who happens to also manage it. Specifically, you must be able to: * Independently investigate and diagnose issues read the code, inspect the logs, and reach a hypothesis without handing every technical question to a developer. * Act as a full-stack technical leader, not associated with front-end or a single technology comfortable moving across front-end, backend, and QA. * Be dynamic and hands-on: jump into development, debugging, or QA yourself when the situation calls for it. * Earn the team's and client's trust through demonstrated technical depth, not just process and status reporting. * A candidate who primarily coordinates and defers technical questions to developers is not a fit for this role.
