## Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with experience in Mastercam and SOLIDWORKS to create, optimize, and support CNC machining programs for mills, lathes, and CNC routers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and blueprint interpretation, with the ability to produce high-quality parts efficiently and accurately., * Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and SOLIDWORKS.

 * Program and set up CNC mills, lathes, and routers for production.
 * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
 * Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
 * Troubleshoot and improve existing CNC programs to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.
 * Verify program accuracy through simulations and test runs.
 * Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
 * Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
 * Maintain program documentation and revision records.
 * Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
