## About the Role

* 8+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience
 * Advanced expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBilling
 * Strong experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, automation, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting
 * Proven success in integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms and Middleware solutions
 * Strong SQL and JavaScript development skills
 * Experience with Oracle databases and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
 * Solid understanding of financial systems, including GL, AR/AP, procurement, and revenue recognition
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
 * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Experience building scalable ERP solutions in fast-growing organizations is preferred

Your New Role

 * Administer, develop, and optimize the NetSuite ERP environment
 * Design and implement SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
 * Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, and Zapier
 * Collaborate with Finance teams to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
 * Improve ERP automation, operational workflows, and overall data quality
 * Troubleshoot system issues and manage NetSuite updates, releases, and sandbox testing
 * Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions
 * Support and train internal users to maximize system adoption and operational efficiency
 * Identify opportunities to improve ERP performance and streamline business processes
 * Work onsite with company leadership and cross-functional departments in Hickory, Kentucky
