## About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer with experience in Java Spring Boot, React, Python and AI/LLM technologies. This individual will join a small but rapidly growing technology team and work closely with the business to design and implement asset management systems, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that support our portfolio management, operations and finance teams, * 1-4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java, React, Python, AI stack (e.g., Anthropic/OpenAI/Gemini APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI)

 * Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and multithreading
 * Experience with Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
 * Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI or similar)
 * Experience building AI agents or automated pipelines
 * Familiarity with API integrations and data pipeline construction
 * Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD tools
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of delivering results, * Experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting
 * Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
 * Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
 * Experience with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
 * Education
 * Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline

* Design and develop internal portfolio management systems for positions, transactions, analytics, reporting & other tools for alternative asset management

 * Build scalable applications using microservices and/or event-driven architectures
 * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
 * Identify automation opportunities and deploy AI-powered tools across the firm to improve operational efficiency
 * Work autonomously across multiple projects in a fast-paced, small-team environment
