The initiative includes consolidating data from 87 county databases into a centralized data lake for a new solution. The role will focus on Azure Databases and Data Lakes, with emphasis on the Data Lakehouse and its integrated data reserves. * Participate in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and potentially ongoing support of Azure Databases and Data Lakes. * Administer, maintain, and secure data to ensure efficient and reliable data storage solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and support data-driven decision-making. * Implement best practices for data security and integrity in Azure environments. * Provide mentorship to other Database Engineers. The work is expected to be done remotely or in a hybrid model at specified offices.
