## About the Role

* 7-8+ years of Business Analysis experience
 * Experience with .NET Core, Azure Functions, APIs, SQL Server, and application architecture
 * Legacy system analysis, migration, re-architecting, and modernization experience
 * Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Microservices, and DevOps
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Clarity PPM, or similar project management tools
 * Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements
 * User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Workflow Diagrams, and Visio
 * QA support, UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation
 * Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
 * At least one IIBA Business Analyst certification (Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus)

Preferred Skills

 * Experience leading enterprise application modernization projects
 * Data migration planning and business rules documentation
 * Process mapping and workflow modeling
 * Experience working with cross-functional development, operations, and security teams
 * Knowledge of performance, scalability, security, and other non-functional requirements
