This is a highly customer-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture, and executive engagement., * Lead client discovery, design workshops, and executive discussions

 * Architect and guide delivery of GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic AI, conversational AI, workflow automation)
 * Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear ROI and CX metrics
 * Ensure enterprise standards for security, governance, and compliance
 * Support pre-sales, demos, and PoCs
