## About the Role

* High school diploma, required.
 * 0-2 years of IT or technical support experience and ticketing systems or ITIL fundamentals.
 * Proficiency with computer systems in a Microsoft Windows network environment, MCP, MCSE, or A+ certified, required.
 * Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
 * Must be able to support various facilities, approximately 15 miles apart, in the greater Bakersfield area when needed and or support a rotational schedule this includes various worksites for an extended period.
 * Assignment could vary from one day to multiple weeks.
 * Candidate will be required to live in Kern County area or within commuting distance.
 * Must be able to work different shifts as required on rotational basis.
 * Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as required to perform job duties.
 * Remote work not available for this position.
 * Must have the ability to travel when needed to various Grimmway facilities.
 * Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
 * Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

What Will Set You Apart:

 * Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
