[Preferred] * 5+ experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., hr, credentialing, non/employee) [Required] * 5+ experience in healthcare information systems. [Preferred] * 5+ experience in writing and analyzing complex pl/sql, sql (mssql, mysql). [Required] * 5+ experience with c#, .net, and object-oriented design patterns. [Required] * 5+ experience with identity lifecycle management for employees, non-employees and non-person accounts (such as service accounts) [Required] * 5+ experience with identity management and/or identity governance software (i.e. microfocus/netiq, sailpoint, or other) [Required] * 5+ experience working with 3rd party software integrations [Required] * 5+ project management experience. [Preferred] * 5+ user interface form development in and/or integration with servicenow, or other customer service platform [Preferred] * 5+ web application development (javascript, ecmascript, asp.net, php, xml). [Preferred] * Experience with Privileged Account Management, and Privileged Remote Access software (i.e. BeyondTrust, CyberArk or other) [Preferred] ## Description * Defines project scope, establishing clear objectives, deliverables, and boundaries. * Plans project schedule, developing a detailed timeline with milestones and deadlines. * Reports status, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management. * Allocates resources, assigning tasks and managing personnel, budget, and materials. * Manages risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. * Communicates with stakeholders, providing regular updates to maintain engagement. * Monitors progress, tracking project performance against the plan and making necessary adjustments. * Controls budget, ensuring project costs remain within allocated funds. * Ensures quality by implementing control measures to meet required standards. * Manages team, leading and motivating members while resolving conflicts and ensuring collaboration. * Conducts reviews, performing post-project evaluations to document lessons learned. * Maintains an active, working mobile phone at all times in order to support team members and the organization as needed. * Position requires that employee must have the ability to make and receive business-related phone calls and text messages 24 hours a day and seven days per week during on-call assignment.
