Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. * Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, colleagues, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications. * Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces hospice philosophy. Workday Pro certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or other relevant modules. Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, or similar tools for tracking work and managing enhancements. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data transformation, and reporting. Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, or Studio) is a plus. * Other Qualifications: Deep understanding of Workday's structure, configuration, and data relationships. Ability to effectively translate business problems into Workday solutions. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This description provides a general overview and may vary by role and department, capturing the nuanced demands and conditions inherent to positions in our organization. ## Description This role is responsible for optimizing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) capabilities, with a focus on modules such as Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll modules. The primary duties include process improvement, system configuration, testing, reporting, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency.
