## Description

* Executes disciplined processes for assigning training based on user access.
 * Differentiates training by role, department, campus, and modality.
 * Enrolls team members in instructor-led classes and manages training calendars.
 * Assigns trainers to sessions as needed.
 * Reviews and unblocks user access post-training completion.
 * Works with management and technical teams to resolve issues.
 * Communicates with the training team and new hires regarding training status and updates.
 * Monitors and responds to messages in a timely manner.
 * Provides reporting and analysis of training data.
 * Shares themes and implements improvements based on training feedback.
 * Solves logistics problems related to training sessions.
 * Manages the New Hire Training ticket queue in ServiceNow.
 * Other duties as assigned.
