In this role, you will own technical planning and cross-functional execution for integrated fixed-site products, driving alignment across subsystem teams, platform teams, manufacturing, field operations, product management, and business line stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring complex hardware and software subsystems mature into complete, deployable systems that meet customer needs, technical requirements, schedule commitments, and manufacturing readiness expectations. Success in this role hinges on three key facets: * Integrated systems mindset - understanding how sensors, PTUs, compute, power, comms, autonomy, structure, and mission software come together into a complete deployable system. * Execution ownership - driving development through integration, qualification, production readiness, and deployment while managing risks and dependencies. * Cross-functional alignment - partnering across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and business line stakeholders to deliver complete mission systems.
